It is a family run business, so it almost feels like she’s your personal designer. She’s the utmost professional and so so kind. Jacksonville is so lucky to have TS suits, and I will be back to get many more suits from her in the future!

I greatly enjoyed my fitting and felt like the advice I received was informed by my needs. She not only took basic measurements but really sought to understand the angle of my arm, my disproportionalities, etc. and delivered a suit that fit very well the first go. Now as I live farther away, she is responsive to requests and I just purchased items through the mail. I came to Lan in search of a bespoke suit for a very important interview for a dental residency program. As soon as I met Lan, I knew that I made the right choice in entrusting her. From the start, she listened to what I was envisioning and gave me recommendations where she saw fit. The attention to detail was impeccable and it surpassed all of my expectations. From the fabric choice to the fit I desired, everything was personally chosen and the suit was truly designed for myself.

When I went to pick up the suit, I was blown away with how perfect it came out. The fit was unlike any suit I’ve tried on. I’ve been to other bespoke tailors before and I now know what a suit is supposed to feel and look like.

I give my highest recommendation for Lan and I was so happy with the process and result that I ordered 3 shirts and plan to return to have a sports coat made as well. My only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner!
